Andrew Martin

Principal & Managing Partner

Andrew founded ARCUS Private Capital Solutions as Martin Holdings in 1998.  Since that time he has directed the company into a private equity investment portfolio currently valued in excess of $370 million. He began his career in private banking and loan underwriting before entering the real estate consulting business with Marcus & Millichap. Andrew an active investor in the markets he directs the Company’s investors to. He holds a B.S. from Brigham Young University.

Denny Barney

Principal & Managing Partner

Denny is a principal in various real estate investment and development companies, with diverse portfolios including residential master plans, regional mixed-use commercial projects, and industrial development. He obtained a Juris Doctorate degree from Arizona State University’s College of Law. In addition to his business endeavors, Denny has served as a Commissioner for Maricopa County Planning and Zoning; he serves on the board of directors for the East Valley Partnership, the United Food Bank, the Mesa United Way, and the Banner Desert Advisory Board. He recently concluded a term as the campaign chairman for the United Way. He is also past President of the Mesa Baseline Rotary Club.

Kent Kleiner

Principal

Kent is the Due Diligence Manager for ARCUS. With a strong background in residential and commercial real estate, he is able to provide both the client and the principals viable and strategic information. Having worked directly with design/build projects, entitlement, development, appraising, and analysis, Kent brings a strong collaborative approach to the ARCUS portfolio. He holds a real estate degree from Arizona State University.

Reed Carr

Principal

Reed is CFO and Operations Manager for ARCUS. With a background in entrepreneurial and Fortune 100 operations and finance, he brings a strong emphasis on controls, business analysis, and efficiency. Reed serves on the Board of Directors for the non-profit organization Hope Arising and previously served as president of Sematch’s Semiconductor Logistics Forum. He earned a Master of International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a Master of Business Administration from Arizona State University.
